Side Channel Blowers
Our side channel blowers are primarily used where vacuum clamping is required to hold down large areas where either there is potentially a lot of leakage or where surface area is large enough to hold down a part so a reduced level of vacuum force can be applied.
These blowers will typically have a much higher flow rate than a dry rotating vacuum pump so they are primarily suited to woodworkers or routers where full sheets are used on the machine bed.
They are supplied both in single phase and three phase format. Typically from -400 mbar vacuum to -650 mbar with various flow rates from 88m3/h through to 170m3/h.
The smallest blower the SV90 is a single phase pump working on standard 240 volts supply.
Note:
These industrial blowers deliver a high volume and low vacuum pressure.
Clamping small work pieces is not recommended.
