Screw Thread Grid Plates
Our Screw Thread Grid plates are the perfect addition to any CNC mill where you do not wish to use a standard T slot.
The tapped plates are manufactured from C45/1.1730 tooling steel. All of them are thermally stress relieved and face milled.
Having a close grid of just 25 mm by 25 mm using an M6 thread they are therefore very flexible in what applications you can use them for.
With a carbon content of 0.45% C45 steel is harder than normal steel giving you extreme stability.
