Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days. This cooling off period expires 14 days after the day the goods are received.

However, if this period expires on a non-working day, the deadline is extended until the next working day.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must unequivocally inform CNC Plus Ltd in writing of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, you must also return the goods in New condition and appropriately packaged in the original packaging.

We will give you a refund within 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal notification, but we may delay refunding you if we have not received the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back.

This refund will include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. Return carriage costs are borne by the customer.

Should the item(s) not be in New condition when we receive the returned goods, we will deduct any loss of value from the refund.

Please note that the above does not apply to bespoke goods that are made to order.

In the unlikely event any item should prove to be faulty please contact us in writing within 3 weeks of receipt of the goods to arrange a return for repair or replacement.
